I’ve been working on a new project - a 6-week coaching program for B2B founders who are struggling to make their first hires or investments in marketing. This newsletter is part of my usual content, but I wanted to share some updates about what’s been going on in my world. I’m excited to launch this new program and help founders achieve success without breaking the bank or making costly mistakes. The part I’m excited about the most is that it’s such a great alternative to the other options out there: making a risky first hire, employing an agency/fractional who might not be a good fit, or just burning through runway trying to figure it out on their own.
