AI versus Marshy - Build a productised agency blueprint

If you’re new to this space, let’s start with the basics. I’ve been talking about the challenges of selling AI and the importance of being a challenger company in a hyper-competitive marketplace. In my previous newsletter, I shared some insights on how to approach this space and what to avoid. Today, I want to dive deeper into building a productised agency blueprint. Run remarketing to pixel events and lookalikes of these customers, and social ads to matched/custom audiences of these customers. Repeat and repeat for each valuable niche. ​ Putting it here because it might be something I can reflect back on. Might delete later ;) – ​ There’s a number of opportunities I’m working through at the moment, and am trying to give them my full attention before striving to create more.
