Stretching your finding

Your list of channels will accrue over time.

The next build of this will be regularly maintaining and curating a list that helps and serves you.

You’ll find that keeping in touch with channel partners becomes part of the strategy even when you’re not currently collaborating. Developing a curiosity about what they’re up to, what they’re looking for help with, and identifying ways to connect that help into them is a muscle you grow over time.

I’m not a recruiter, but I’m always scanning and sending interesting roles over to my inner circle.

When you’ve got people you enjoy working with, have collaborated successfully with, and and want to continue working with continually finding ways to help them becomes part of your strategy.
